The W.O.W System™
The W.O.W. System™ was first developed by Liz Hoskin of Positive Qualities Ltd in 2006 to deliver the very best staff and customer experience within any size or type of organisation regardless of industry type. It consists of a suite of modules taking you from getting ready for change to having enough energy to do this consistently 365 days a year.
The W.O.W . System™ – which stands for Ways of Working – is all about understanding behaviours, psychology, motivation and communication to get people into the best place to take change on board. This is why we get such good results as it’s not only about performance it’s about behaviours too. With some of the best results coming from the most negative people within the organisations we work with. The W.O.W . System™ is not a training programme it is a business transformation programme which is designed specifically to drive employee engagement so that employees feel physically, intellectually and emotionally attached to their work.
It runs over a period of time e.g. 3 to 4 months initially, with quarterly sessions to help build momentum within the organisation. We also put in a coaching framework to embed the behaviours and also to sustain the results. For Autumn 2014 we are looking at licensing in house W.O.W.System™ specialists to create a business improvement focus for our existing organisations enabling them to have 24/7 access to their very own W.O.W.System™ specialists.
We are always innovating and introducing new tools and techniques to our W.O.W. System™ Toolbox.
The W.O.W. System™ is bespoke to the individual organisational needs and has the flexibility to start within one department and then be rolled out one department at a time or it can be a designed to manage a full culture change from the outset all of which include the necessary interventions to make it effective. Each organisation worked with have had significant success with many going on to achieve customer service awards, improved profitability and better overall organisational performance.
Occasionally we go after a specific piece of work for The W.O.W. System™ however we are very selective in the organisations we want to work with and we are now in the process of having a soft launch in America concentrating in the Chicago Area. We have successfully worked with Kohler in Wisconsin and this led to us being involved in US 2012 American Women’s Open and it’s this success which has created a demand for W.O.W. System™ in America.
All the organisations we work with have had exceptional results even in the recession with increased profitability being one of the key areas of benefit together with significantly increased employee engagement moving forward.
